Buffet Crampon E13 A Clarinet

E13 clarinets have long been respected and admired for their ease of playability and trademark Buffet tone. It is made alongside the professional model clarinets of a higher-quality wood than the E11 and E12, with some undercut toneholes. The high position bore means that the resistance in playing is lower and doubled with the ergonomic keywork, this clarinet makes for a very comfortable play. This would make a perfect first A clarinet for a budding orchestral performer to accompany an E13 Bb clarinet.

A professional feel and fluidity of tone will greatly aid any learning who has advanced beyond their starting instrument. It will show them what they are truly capable of when given an instrument of quality, trusted and admired by teachers and students from around the world. Made of stained African Blackwood and completed with leather pads, these clarinets give musicians their first experience as a soloist.

To compare with similar standard models, think about trying the Buffet E12, Yamaha 650, Backun Protégé,Uebel Advantage, or the *new* Seles by Selmer PROLOGUE. To complete your outfit don’t forget to consider upgrading your mouthpiece and/or ligature – ask one of our clarinet specialists for advice.
